Iyanya, a Nigerian artist, responded favorably in a recent interview to the revelations made regarding his connection with Yvonne Nelson in her autobiography, "I Am Not Yvonne Nelson."

Iyanya, a Nigerian artist, responded favorably in a recent interview to the revelations made regarding his connection with Yvonne Nelson in her autobiography, "I Am Not Yvonne Nelson."

In a recent interview with Starr FM, the "Kukere" hitmaker was probed about the claims in the book. He adamantly opposed demeaning Yvonne.

"Yvonne is a nice young lady. I am unable to come here and discuss her issues with you," he stated.

When asked what he thought of the book, he responded, "I'm sure the book is doing well, obviously, because everybody is talking about it."

When asked if he would ever write a book in the future to tell his story, he said:

"If I ever publish a book, I won't slander anyone. I'll just talk to you about my life, the difficulties I've faced, and how I overcome them. I don't need to tell you about the folks I had this with or that with because I suppose we're all different.
