The Accra Circuit Court has disclosed the criteria used to determine the 90-day jail sentence for actress Akuapem Poloo.
After entering a plea of guilty to the charges of publishing pornographic material, engaging in domestic violence, specifically conduct that jeopardizes another person's privacy or integrity, and engaging in domestic violence, specifically conduct that diminishes another person's dignity and worth as a human being, the actress born Rosemond Brown received a sentence.

Ghanaians have reacted differently to the court's decision to condemn the actress to a period of incarceration, with some being in favor and others opposed.
Days after the verdict, the court disclosed the complete court record and outlined the 13 criteria that were taken into account before giving her a jail term.
The causes are as follows:
1. The gravity of the alleged offenses on their own
2. The seriousness of the alleged offenses
3. The level of disgust law-abiding persons have for the crimes perpetrated in this country
4. The deliberateness with which the illegal strategies were carried out
5. The amount of crime in the Accra Metropolitan Assembly and the nation as a whole
6. The rapid rise in these crimes' frequency
7. The son of the accused person's age and the pain he is experiencing in a culture where counseling for those who have suffered a violent crime is essentially nonexistent.
8. The following mitigating considerations were also taken into account by the court when imposing the sentence:
9. the fact that the offender entered a guilty plea and spared the court time by doing so.
10. After her son and the naked photo were published, the accused individual apologized on social media.
11. The expression of regret by the accused.
12. The accuser has never been in trouble with the law.
13. The accuser's status as a single mother of a 7-year-old child and a single parent
14. The accuser's status as her family's sole provider of income.
15. The court record stated: "Equally taken into consideration is the counsel for the accused person's plea for leniency and mitigation."
16. In the meantime, the court record reveals that the accused's attorney argued for a non-custodial punishment for his client.
