The police have detained three Chinese nationals who are thought to be responsible for a murder case in Bonsa in the Western Region.
The accused are identified by the authorities as Wen Jianhua, Yu Shuhui (also known as Eli), and Zhou Daquan.
On Friday, November 11, 2022, they are believed to have shot and murdered the victim at a mining site.
For preservation and an autopsy, the deceased's body has been placed in the care of the Tarkwa Municipal Hospital.
The murder weapon was found, according to the police, after a search was done at the suspects' home.
Investigations are ongoing, and the accused will eventually appear in court to answer for their crimes.
