Richard Etornam Nyarku, also known as Blibo, the Eastern Regional Youth Organizer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), was detained at the Koforidua Central Police Station following an altercation with Akorley Tei Mensah, also known as Rolex, the Youth Organizer for the New Juaben South Constituency.

Agblor Courage insiders claim that the two have always been at odds since they have never supported the same candidate in any internal party elections.

It's unclear what started the argument, but the constituency youth organizer shoved the regional youth organizer as he entered the voting booth to cast his ballot. She accused him of ordering voters at the voting center to toe a particular line when they received their ballots.

After Rolex shoved Bilbo, Bilbo didn't take it well and retaliated with a powerful punch that landed on Rolex's chin and knocked him to the ground.

However, the police officers and other attendees in the room stopped Rolex from becoming conscious.

When people outside the auditorium learned what had happened, the situation nearly turned into a free for all brawl between followers of both factions.

Richard Etornam was quickly brought to the Central Police Station, where he is being detained, by police officers.
